AISEKAR operates this website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at zd@zddog.com.
This policy covers browsing our website, joining the product waitlist, communicating with us by email, and deleting an AISEKAR App account as described below. Other data processing by the App and devices requires additional privacy information and is not described in full here.
Information we collect
Waitlist information. When you join, we save your email address, the time of signup, and the page where you signed up. An email address is necessary to join the waitlist, but joining is optional and is not required to browse the site.
Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information. The current website contact form is a demonstration and does not deliver messages to our team; use email to reach us.
Technical information. Our hosting provider may process your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and error or security records as part of delivering and protecting the website. These details are separate from the email, signup time, and source page stored in our waitlist.
How we use information
We use waitlist information to manage registrations and communicate about AISEKAR development, early access, and launch availability. The signup time and source help us organize registrations and understand where people join. We use correspondence to respond to your questions, and technical information to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we intend to rely on your consent for optional product emails, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and maintaining a secure website, and legal obligations where they apply. The final policy will confirm the bases relevant to our operating locations. You may withdraw consent or object to direct marketing by emailing zd@zddog.com.
The current website does not include advertising pixels or advertising profiling tools, and does not use your information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies & browser storage
We store your selected language in your browser so it can be remembered on later visits. We also temporarily store your position in the engineering log section so you can return to the same place after reading an article. These preferences are stored on your device and are not submitted as part of your waitlist registration.
You can remove these preferences through your browser’s site-data settings. Your language preference remains until you change it or clear site data; the return position is temporary session data. Clearing this data may reset your preferences, but does not delete a waitlist registration already submitted to us.
The website application currently sets no advertising cookies. Hosting or security services may use necessary technologies to deliver and protect the site. Any future optional analytics or advertising technologies will need an updated notice and, where required, your consent.
Retention & security
Our proposed retention approach is to keep registration details for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and provide the updates you requested, and to remove or anonymize them when that purpose ends or a valid deletion request is completed, subject to applicable legal requirements. Correspondence and technical records should be kept only as needed for the inquiry, security, or legal purpose involved.
A fixed retention schedule has not yet been finalized. The current waitlist does not automatically expire registrations. Deletion handling needs to cover the primary registration records, administrative spreadsheet copies, and any backups, rather than only removing an email from one list.
We aim to protect information through restricted access and appropriate service configuration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
International processing
Cloudflare, Google, and our team may process information in countries other than where you live. The precise processing locations and any required transfer safeguards will be confirmed for the final policy. This draft does not promise that all information is stored in one country.
Your choices & rights
You can browse without joining the waitlist and can ask to leave it or stop product emails at any time. Send your request to zd@zddog.com, preferably from the address you used to register, so we can locate the correct entry.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. You may also be able to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
For privacy requests, email us with the request and the relevant registration address. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal time limits. Please do not use the demonstration contact form for these requests.
Delete your App account
You can initiate account deletion by tapping Delete Account in the AISEKAR App. The App explains the consequences and asks you to confirm again before proceeding. You can cancel before the final confirmation.
After deletion, you will no longer be able to use this account to log in to the AISEKAR App. Your associated personal data will be deleted, and videos saved on your device will no longer be accessible.
This action cannot be undone.
The deletion process follows these steps. A success message is shown only after the server confirms that the deletion has completed. If the operation fails, it must not be presented as a successful deletion. If you cannot access the App or need help with deletion, email zd@zddog.com.
- Tap Delete Account in the App.
- Read the explanation of the consequences: you will lose access to the account and videos saved on your device, your associated personal data will be deleted, and the action cannot be undone.
- Confirm your decision a second time to submit the deletion request.
- Our servers delete the account’s personal data and prevent further login to the deleted account.
- The App clears locally stored login credentials and session information.
- The App automatically signs you out.
- The App displays a confirmation that the account has been deleted successfully.
Children & product demonstrations
This website is intended for adults exploring a yard-care product and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review it and arrange appropriate removal.
The website’s 3D controls and videos are product demonstrations. Using them does not connect to a robot in your yard or request access to your camera, microphone, or live yard footage. Descriptions of on-device AI refer to the product concept and do not establish how every future device or app feature will handle data.
